Three levels
Each one states a fact
No level depends on a score. A badge says what the organization did, never how it rated.
Profile Claimed
The organization has claimed its profile, and the claim was verified.
Earned by verifying a claim.
Readiness Assessed
It has completed the Alleviate Readiness Assessment, scoring itself on five pillars.
Earned by finishing the assessment. Dated by year, so it is renewed each year.
Readiness Published
It shows its five pillar scores on its public profile.
Earned by switching publishing on. The organization can switch it off at any time.
Shapes
A plate and a tile, on a dark or a light ground
The plate suits a website footer or a funding page. The tile suits an email signature. Every letter is drawn into the file, so the badge looks the same wherever it is shown.
On the organization’s own site
One line to paste
The image comes from the Index, so it keeps itself current: when the organization moves up a level or a new year starts, every copy changes with it. The link leads to the profile, where anyone can check what the badge says.

The readiness card
For organizations at the third level: the five pillars with the scores the organization gave itself.
When the profile is shared
The link carries the badge
A profile link pasted into LinkedIn, Slack or a message opens as this card.
Rules
What a badge never says
- It never says rated, certified, accredited, audited or approved. It says claimed, self assessed, published.
- It carries a year. A badge for last year stays true and looks its age.
- It follows the profile. If the claim is withdrawn or publishing is switched off, the image served changes that day.
- It links to the profile. The page behind it is the proof.
